Registered for a trial membership....could never access there site.....continually told that they were having web problems.....cancelled my membership via email on May 12th:
"I have a charge of $17.83 posted on June 12th……below was my request to cancel my membership on May 12,2015….please reverse the charges on my credit card as soon as possible!!!!!

Called and was told that it had not been cancilled so the charge of $17.82 would not be credited to my CC.
To this day I have not been able to access their site!!!!!!
