I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 90 ICE Hyperfuse Premium Black/White/Grey trainers for £43.89 + £8 for "Express Delivery" 3 to 5 working days.. then 3 weeks later I received a letter from Parcel Force Worldwide that I have to pay £24.90 for my parcel if I want to receive it. I paid it then I received my parcel finally... but it was NOT what I ordered! It was an ugly fake Nike Air Max 90 green and white something what no one would buy. I am absolutely disappointed by this "company". As I did not find any useful information about the return policy I e-mailed them. (

) It has been 5 days.. no reply, nothing. The worst company and my worst customer service experience ever.
