I ordered a free trial and paid post and packaging. Nowhere did it say about returning it within 14 days or I would be charged the full amount. Two amounts have come out of my bank account; £86.69 paid to YOUTHFUL CREAM and £43 paid to CLEARLYYOUNG SERUM. I CANNOT FIND EITHER ON LINE. The telephone numbers do not exist and I have no address to return the items. There was no covering letter with the delivery of the items. I have no way of getting my money back. My bank say they can do nothing.
