Ordered dress according to my actual dress size plus two sizes up. I ordered a 12 instead of a 10. Was unable to fit the dress - tried to call (no one answered) email responses are 24-48 hours. Was told to take to a tailor for alteration. Paid $170 for a dress I can't wear and unable to return. Daughter is getting married and I have a dress I can't wear or return.
