I saw an advert on line for face creams - free sample just for postage and packing £4.99. My husband ordered the free sample for me and it arrived shortly afterwards. Two weeks later another set of creams arrived. Naively, I believed they had mistakenly sent me another 'free sample' and I had also opened it. When my bank statement arrived at the beginning of July 2015 I discovered to my horror that I had paid out four separate payments to this company totalling £377.84!! What a scam. These people are criminals. Their adverts are completely misleading. Something needs to be done about them and soon.
