I bought something from buy.com in Dec 2008. Upon confirmation of purchase, I was sent an email with a $10 coupon to click on to save for my next purchase. Without realising any scam in this email, I click on it and apparently, this will automatically sent your account information to enrol into shoppers discount which will then automatically deduct usd12 from yr credit card every month. I did not realise until now (35 mths later). I try to call up shoppers discount at the toll free no. indicated in their website to cancel and ask for a full refund. However, the representative said no. If I fail to get any money back, I hope this complaint will serve as a warning to all victims out there to be careful in future of any online shopping withbuy.com
