Hi I went online to order a Venus Index cookbook. I don't think this was intentional but every time I tried to order the cookbook the website would throw me back to the beginning & I saw that I had the acceptance square for other products marked as if I had ordered them. I would adjust that & go back to the cookbook order. This happened at least three times!, I tried to call the company but only received a voicemail. I thought I had corrected everything & looked forward to my cookbook. I then saw my credit card statement & I had been charged for all the items I did not want!!! I contacted the charge place & was able to cancel some of the charges, except for the cookbook & a 12 week loss system that I did not order. I am frustrated that the website did not correct what had to be corrected. I have not received anything in the post & now I am not sure that I want the cookbook after all this trouble. Please check your website to prevent people from going through the drama I have.
