I purchased a ticket for a flight to Atlanta under the impression that any coach/economy ticket would come with a seat assignment. However after hitting submit and purchasing it I received an email receipt that said I wasn't assigned a seat. When I went through the link to choose a seat I was charged another ten dollars just to assure a seat. They charged this under "travel assistance". I've flown to Atlanta multiple times and my seat assignment has never been called travel assistance and the seat assignment is always part of the ticket purchase.
