i recieved a text message from citi financial saying i had been accepted for a loan and to ring the number above,but the text message through a mobile number 07719632121 and to finalize my application and quote aqua.its sounded genuine so i gave them a ring went through all the process with them paid an arrangement fee of 65.00.they told me the documents would be in first class and still havent recieved them.i rung them thursday siad i,d applied for a loan with and paid the fee and they hung up on me.i also rung the customer sevice number which is 01614865914 and it wascoming up call barred.this has really upset me cause i thought it was genuine and now i think ive bee scammed.
