In May 2015, I went into BBT bank in Exmore, VA to check the contents of my safe deposit box and found that the contents were missing.(The keys I have now are not the keys I was issued when I rented the box). I then discussed this with bank employees that were there at the time and also contacted the CEO of the bank. I was not satisfied with their response or the lack thereof.
My complaint then went to the bank's complaint resolution manager and the manager STILL CAN NOT tell me what happened to the contents of my safe deposit box.
PLEASE investigate this matter for me and help me find out what happened to the contents of my safe deposit box. Shirley Turner
