The same as the other complaints, but mine just happened and the others go back to 2014 and the site still is operating. I received the message from "Time Warner Cable" about taking a survey for a free gift. I received an email on 9/13/2015 that stated $5.95 would be charged to my account for shipping these watches. I received the watches a few days ago and my bank statement shows that a charge of $95 was on my account for 1 WVV*watchesvolv101victory 866-3540045 CA. Not only that, these are cheap watches that could be bought at Walmart for $5. What can be done about this scam to get it off the internet so others wont get duped the same way? I will be notifying TWC so they are aware for the false advertising. I am retired on limited income, is there anything I else I can do? I no longer have the shipping package, so don't have the return address.
