We went online, as we had twice before in the last 2 months to complete a change of address for my son. On both revious times we went on the USPS website and paid &1.05 for this service. Last night in a hurry we Gppgle searched USPS change of address and the first listed was this:

We continued throught the entire process putting my credit card info in. I did not notice at the time, but they never gave an exact cost to agree to processing. remember all they were doing was changing the address and "saving me from a trip to the post office". Hours later I looked on my account and saw $39.95 charged by them! I went back to their site to try to find any contact info and there is no email or phone. I found in small print the Singapore address. This is a terrible scam invoving trickery and deception. I am furious that this online organization has my personal info and they are not even located in the US!
