I always get a "direct deposit" from rushcard on Monday night after 10pm. So this particular night was normal just like any other Monday night but, this is where the problem started, when I went to the ATM and it told me that there was an error in my info. So I went back and punched my information into the ATM so I can get my money and, it tells me the same thing. So a fellow co-worker of mine has a "rushcard" also so I send him a text asking him if he get to take his money out and he told me "no"!!! I tried calling "rushcard" and the recording stated that they were experiencing a "high call" volume so waited about 45mins and I hung up. The next day the same thing i keep calling and calling and calling and it gave me the same crap story. But here is something that puzzles me , when I call to see if my money was there, it or the "recording tells me that my "rushcard" was going to expire, when I just got a "new" card last August of 2015! My "NEW" card states that it doesn't expire until 08/18. I want something done because I can't even talk a representative from "rushcard"!!! THIS RIDICULOUS!! I WANT ACTION AND ASAP!!! I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO PAY MY BILLS OR NOTHING!!!
