Ordered products on 10/10/15 - got an email to submit the payment - then got an email that the goods were in China on 10/15/15 waiting to be shipped out. Tried to call no answer - cannot email support center and the package has not been delivered. It still states that it is in China. How freaking long does it take to come out of China.......
