Was contacted by an agent from Transglobal Processing Group regarding a delinquent Sears credit card account. This blemish has been on my credit for 6+ years. I attempted to pay Sears however they informed me the debt was no longer in their system and had been charged off, and suggested I work with the collection agency that contacted me to resolve the matter.
Once I got over my initial fear of sharing personal information over the phone, the Transglobal agent was informative and knowledgeable. We were able to setup a reasonable settlement and payment plan. The agent stayed in contact w/ me throughout the repayment process.
These guys do it right! Wish I could handle all of my derogatory accounts with them.
