This company offers Practical Programs for Better Child Behavior, This company offers this service as FREE ! After paying for shipping and Handeling they helped themselves to my bank account. When calling in re: to this withdraw from my account then i was told that there was three payments of $109.00 I am disabled with many health issues, now they have stated that they will turn me in to a collection agency, I was never told that this program cost anything other than S & H. They refuse to return my money even after I offered to return CD's, stating they can't take it back and then the threat of collection agency. this company all so friendly and helpful until you find them in your account and start questioning them. I was never informed that I would be charged $327.00, I would have had to decline even if this was a legitimate deal due to my budget. I simply can't afford this and the money taken has caused hardship on my household, not to mentioned blood pressure, then threats from them. I will file report with Consumer Protection Agency, I have found that companies don't like it when you catch them and the CPA is something that they don't want to hear. I would say anytime you agree to pay simple S & H get a prepaid card just for those kind of transactions, keep your accounts private. This Program is advertised as free, False Advertisement.
