I purchased a Toshiba DVR620 VHS/DVD Recorder from Ace. When I received it, it was filthy, the front panel was snapped off and it did not work at all. Ace sold this item via Amazon.com. I requested and received approval from both Ace & Amazon for a full refund. I have proof of shipping & proof that Ace is in possession of the returned item.
Ace promised a full refund within 2-3 business days. My refund was never issued & Ace is ignoring all requests for a refund. Amazon is aware of the fact that Ace has committed both internet fraud & mail order fraud, yet Amazon also refuses to issue a refund. I am now $151 out of pocket.
I have filed complaints with the USPS Postal Inspection Service & the BBB of Indiana. I can't afford to go to court in Indiana to file a claim against Ace for fraud.
