One of the representative called me through phone talk to me about their services. On the way of our conversation they ask me for my card details and sad to say I gave him the information they need. At first, I told him that I will not going to start my application and I will not going to pay as I am planning next year. And he told that it is fine if im going to pay the service on my own convenience. Still he asked me for my details and he said he will just check it and without my permission he transfer the payment and i tolf him that i never approved it and that i told him that i will start it next year and i want my money back as i need it badly but he just transfer it to Ms. Kate Williams one of the manager. And after I spoke with Ms. Williams, I again called the number that they gave to me to withdraw my application and give back my money but unfortunately they told me that they can't refund my money back, hence,they told me that they will give a discount and just give 150 USD, in which it is not the full amount that they transfer.

Can you please help me with this matter to get back my money.
