I ordered several items and they asked for a one time credit card verification. During this time my Husband asked me to surprise him and make another order for him and the kids. So my 1st was being processed and the second was now being verified. The first 308.00 ear and then 380 eur. I was so excited and not smart enough to think of checking out reviews or forums first. My order is still being processed. 1 month has passed. when you try the online chat.. no-one is online. the Europe Customer service ph is disconnected. The US number just rings and rings out. The emails are all non-reply. I saw more than 200 bad reviews all over the web. I am so disappointed. I was excited by my new stuff. My Husband says how its funny that their is no photo on the webpage of the models heads. He realises this now?? Seriously. he says they cut and paste from legit websites. I am calling my bank to have payments returned. wish me luck.
