We ordered 2 Hobbs dresses from this company on 10th October. Their delivery time says 5 to 7 working days. I guess we should have been suspicious when the order acknowledgement showed a China address. We checked up on the location in the UK and it seemed genuine and there were no reports online that highlighted that they were operating a scam business. As nothing had arrived by the end of October we sent an e-mail and as yet have had no reply. On our account the status of the order still shows processing. We have raised the matter with our credit card company and they are taking action against the company.
