We commissioned Right Way Shipping LLC to ship our goods from the UAE. The entire process has been extremely satisfactory. We have been promised final delivery “before the weekend” since the container arrived in the destination country, the most recent promise was an email (on 02 June 2011) confirming that our container would be released by the shipping line today (Monday, 06 June 2011).Which they did.
We have made part payment of 50 % to the company – yet they have made onward payments to the shipping line and the local removal company, requesting us to pay the balance 75% prior to delivery.
Right Way Shipping LLC after obtaining the B/L from the shipping line release the container to their agent. They claimed instructed to collect the money we owed to their agent. I am a South African national. There was minor storage charge in excess of the original quote..
I obtained three quotes and chose my preferred vendor based on response time, professionalism and punctuality during the period in which I obtained quotes. All three vendors advised that our household belongings would only fit into a 40ft container.
Right Way was instructed to ship the goods in January and I was assured that the goods would be shipped within 1 week of them receiving the said instruction. However they shipped the goods within three days upon my confirmation.
I received an invoice for balance payment .As the website advertises payment by credit card and paypal it was really convenient for us to make the balance payment using credit card. Since I lost my job in Abu Dhabi due to the global financial slow down, I managed to ship my goods only because Right Way was ready to ship the goods with only 25% down payment.
