Received letter that I won $1,230,946.00, however they stated that I enclose $11.89 payable to office of ANC. The rhetoric is confusing, as they elude to matching your numbers to the winning numbers and if nothing else they will send you some trinket. They state the FEE is mandatory but no guarantee of winning. Beware my friends out there!!! Shred this letter.
