The Above mentioned company is currently advertising on alibaba a product that I am interested in. The product posting;

is still active, after confirming with their sales manager a person named "Viane" that the products are in stock. I proceeded with the payment, right after confirmation of the payment she then mentions that there is a problem and the product is not in stock and suggested I get a different (lower value) model instead. I agreed to look at their product line for an alternative buy, but after not finding a suitable replacement I asked for a refund.

She said it will take a couple of days to issue a refund, as there are paperwork involved, and a vacationing boss that needs to approve. After following up for a few days. "Viane" has stopped responding.

She claims that refunds can only be issued via paypal (where they can easily get the money back) and that I have to shoulder the paypal fees of 4.5% which is 76.78 USD and will not accept any other method of refund. Since it is their "company policy."

After a couple more follow up request and non-committal answers, I asked to speak to a superior, and she refused to give me any contact to assist with my case claiming that I need to trust her.

Today end of work day Friday, 6th of Nov, I still do not have a refund and "Viane" has not responded in any way, shape, or form to my follow ups. I still have not received any refunds.

I can provide documentation in proof of payment, proforma invoice, and skype screenshot conversations.
