On 10/26/15 I ordered a sample product, I was charged $4.15 & $5.15 for a sample. No where on the add did it say you were signing up for future shipments. Today 11/9/16, my bank alerted me of charges of $103 & $109 to my account. I called the merchant and was told they would stop future shipments, but the only refund they would give was $83. & $89. I have stopped payment at the bank.
