i was sold a 2002 ford explorer,i was told the car runs and drives great,on my way home driving the vehicle i notice the transmission wasnt shifting properly,so i called the agent that sold me the car,he told me it was wear and tear nothing to worry about,the next day i called him about the same problem,he said he was unavailable i should come back the sunday,it was snowing the sunday so we both agreed on monday,i dropped the truck off on monday he told me to pick up the truck on thursday,when i picked up the truck i drove it for about 5minutes and the truck shut off and wouldn't start,i called eric which is the agent and he said he will send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle,since then i've been without a vehicle,i have to be driving a rental and he keeps giving me the run around.plus today i saw the truck back up on craigslist for sale.
