Prior to ordering a product from this company, I called and asked what the return policy was if I did not like it. They said I could get a full refund and would just have to pay the shipping costs.

Upon receiving the product I called on 10/22/15 to inform them that I would like to return to the product. The man who I spoke with was rude and hung up on me twice. He told me I had to go through the website to make the return request.

Since then I have sent multiple email request asking for assistance and have left multiple voicemail messages with no response. Their return policy is one month and at this point my fear is that they will now refuse the return entirely.

Very very unprofessional and not at all trustworthy.
