To whom may concern:
I was protected by Ad-aware on Pro your plan which when I purchased it from last year I assumed I was protected by the best anti virus protection I could purchase. I then tried to renew my subscription .That's when my problem started Service Unavailable. I then went to your web site and was routed to a tech support line. He asked me for permission to remote access my computer. The next thing I see is him pointing out numerous attacks by Trojans. Than he says that modem was compromised because it needs to be defragged which I never heard of.Mr John Peterson said other people had control of my computer because my Ip address was compromised.I than was offered a lifetime 365 day 24/7 service plan including virus protection for $336.00 for three computers. I allowed him access to two computers.The third computer was never touched by Upclick I seen where service was completed I still had original problem with service unavailable AD-aware software and neither of our computers would read PDF files anymore.I than was even more threatened and uninstalled all Upclick files including Ad-aware and went with another virus protection and the only thing that was Quarantined was the Upclick on the third computer that was not allowed access to by Upclick. Then I paid $27.00 to renew, the next morning we had charges on our bank account for $54.00, 331.00, 336.00 and a yearly renewal on our pay pal for $289.00 a year after being told $18.00 to $36.00 renewal a year cause we were already customers. Instantly the next morning after not being satisfied and feeling threatened with the results we called and cancelled right away (the next morning) we no longer wanted this program. So we asked for a full refund we never used your program.


PS I should of never had trojans in the first using lavasoft virus protection. I will not pay for beta protection.
