They advertised that those wishing to participate on the conference slated 21-25th November 2011 should submitt abtract and full paper which was accepted. I was told to 485 pounds for accomodation to dolphin gaden hotel which i did. I only released that its internet scan when they started demanding for more money for visa aquistion.
