I have a WD-65737 TV from Mitsubishi and there are white dots all over the screen. I have contacted the customer service and they are saying they will provide the part to a service center but I have to pay the service center for the labor which is $200+. When I originally spoke with them I asked for a supervisor and they stated someone would call me back they also gave me an email address. I have emailed them numerous times as well as called and I have not heard back form a supervisor. This issue is a known issue with these TVs there are numerous forums, websites, chats, and posts about this issue. Sometimes Mitsubishi will fix it for free sometimes they will not with no rhyme or reason. I feel I should not have to pay for an issue that is a known issue and should have been a recall. If this issue is not fixed I will need another 65" Television. I even asked if they are providing the part for free if they can just send me the part and I would be willing to install it and they will not. Please Help.
