I thought I was buying a bag from Michael Kors. When the transaction didn't go through I looked through FAQ's and could not find a number to contact. I emailed their "contactus" link. No response. After carefully going through the website it was clear their FAQ page and other information was cut and pasted. Some poor English if you read everything carefully. My credit card was charged. I have attempted contact multiple times and received no reply.
