I am looking for a supplier or wholesaler of USB Flash Drives in http://www.hktdc.com. I send a an email of interest. and this certain Jony responded to my email. We made business and when Im okay with the price and products, I paid it. He asked me to pay via western union but i suggested a company bank account so he gave me Account name of Qiao Dong in Bank of China. I immediately send the money so I can have my purchases. After I sent the money, I send him the deposit copy and asked him to check with the account. three, four, five days have passed, he said that there is no amount credited to their financial department so I checked with the bank where I sent the money and told me that the money sent was good already. I told him and he says that only 628 USD was credited to the account and the difference maybe is for the bank charge. I told him that it will be okay, just send me what the product that will cost for 628 USD. the following day, he said that the packages was sent already so I asked for the tracking Number of DHL. But he gave me an invalid number upon tracking with the shipping company. I messaged him again regarding that and told me that he was dealing with the forwarder.I asked him to take a picture of the receipt of payment of the courier and he sent me a fake one the following day. Upto this time, I havent heard from him anymore.
