I was contacted with threatening voice mail that I owed a payday loan from 2012 which I never applied for from Prime Recovery LLC last week. Message goes something like "we are about to serve you with papers. Call us to prevent litigation. Good luck with your case". When calling the collection agency, they do not self identify. The information they provided for my personal contacts in 2012 was extremely outdated using a work email I had not had in over three years as well as a false bank account number. I have filed complaints with the BBB, my state Attorney General's office and my bank.
