Ordered two pair of Ugg boots.Ugg boots were not authentic. Came poorly packaged in boxes that were falling apart. Fur lining of boots were falling out after trying on boots and they were obviously knock offs.
E-mailed company with complaints and they first offered 25 dollar return. Eventually agreed to 75 dollar credit to my Visa card. Still waiting after two weeks for the credit.
This company is a scam. Ugg boots are not authentic. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIS COMPANY. ALL MERCHANDISE IS APPARENTLY FAKE.
