I made contact with the Little Shelter and entered their sweepstakes. around the end of November I was informed that I had won their sweepstakes for a sum slightly in excess of $9,100.

In a subsequent correspondence I was asked to advise how the payment check should list my name and I replied at that time the my name should be listed as Arden D. Moser.

Also in each correspondence I made a donation to the Little Shelter.

Since that time I have received another letter asking me to participate in the Little Shelter sweepstakes. In other words it was as if I had not won the original sweepstakes.

It is my feeling that my several donations were not large enough to satisfy and the original notice of winning was not going to be acted upon. My original thoughts were that when I received the winning payment that I would make a greater gift the to The Little Shelter.

Primarily I would like to know why there was a change from being declared the winner and then not acting on the winning promise. I do not and will not consider any form of legal action but this change makes me aware that sweepstakes promises can be ignored at will. Also in my life I have been very quick to support dog and cat services. At one point I was owner of a German Shepherd kennel and raised show caliber dogs of show quality.

I would just like to know what happened to my original report that I was declared the winner of your sweepstakes.
