I ordered 5 custom tumblers as teachers gifts on 11/4. the seller sent me an invoice on 11/7. I paid it right away. she charged me $16.95 for priority 2 day shipping. after 2 weeks I asked her: "Nov 16th, 9:45am I know you are super busy and working hard but do you know possibly a roundabout date my order will ship?She stated: "Nov 16th, 10:01pm 2-3 weeks and no problem you can contact me anytime"I heard nothing by December so I asked her again: "Dec 14th, 3:56pm Teachers gifts Tumblers Can you possibly tell me when these might ship?"Then she proceeded to tell me that I will need to pay more for priority shipping to ensure that I get my items that I ordered on 11/4 when I needed them byShe stated: "Dec 14th, 5:37pm The latest batch was guaranteed for Christmas. If you need them sooner then I need to know now. I also need an e-mail address to look up the order " Then I asked her: "Wednesday Wed 10:22am will they be here by 12/22? that's my kids last day of school?"Then she tries to make me pay more for faster shipping again: "I could not say for sure. The only way to guarantee that now is to upgrade to priority mail. I just checked and your order is expected to ship by this Thursday! I thought you ordered regular white cups. You ordered tumblers and those ship priority. Yes it should be delivered by Monday"Then I told her I would not be paying anything extra for something I ordered on 11/4.She stated "Wed 2:47pm You already paid for priority mail. Nothing extra has to be paid. Thank you."this confused me bc she had stated two times before this that I would need to upgrade the shipping!!I proceeded to say: "Wed 5:01pm Then I guess I don't understand? When will I get my cups?":Then she promises me that I would get them on Monday 12/21."Wed 9:43pm I am sorry for the confusion. You would like your package to arrive before the 22nd, as in by the 21st then?"I told her yes!This happened Wednesday 12/16; she did not ship until that sat. I have not received my products to date.
