I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy on 11/27/15. I had trouble getting the order to process correctly so I did a live on line chat with a rep from the co. We processed the order and it still has not arrived. I did a chat last week (12/15/15) with the same rep as before who had no explanation why it had not arrived. She promised to have it shipped on 12/20/15, pay the rush postage expense themselves, in order for me to recieve it by Christmas. I contacted her again today, (12/23/15) and she suddenly could not remember any of our previous chats and said the supplier had ordered the wig with the wrong color?! When I reminded her this was not my fault to begin with she could not fix it as promised. May take 5-7 days to receive it. I wish I had read these complaints before placing an order with this co. They have lied to me several times, not sure what or when to expect the wig and what I'll even get! They are a scam co!
