to cancel the following order number and any other future offers:

The employee said the cancellation number is 316159. This number is the same as my order number. I was told that it would take 24 hours maximum to receive the confirmation cancellation email. After 2 days I'm still waiting for the cancellation number by email.

is a big scam . If you do not cancelled soon as possible (within 14 days from the date you
have ordered ) . It is impossible to a refund even if the product
put 14 days to arrive at you. To cease any charge on your credit card. You must be patient because is the most frustrating conversation of your life. They do not want cancel and will not stop talking, interrupt you and make you offers, and hang up. Stay calm and firm, choose your words . Insist to have a confirmation number of the cancellation by email and give it to your credit card. If they said you receive the number in 24 hours, it's a lie. Insist to have it before you hang up. And call, and call again good luck!
