I made a purcahse at this store on 11/28/2015. I checked my bank statement today. There is a pending charge of 11.99 from this complany. I called the headquartes and the lady was very rude and argumentative. She told me there was no way that this would happen and gave me a number to call for cancellation. 877-351-2131. The man was rude and refused to refund my money. Stated that he would cancel the membership only. He forced me to listen to scripted rebuttals about maintaining my memebership, would not allow me to talk, Gave me a cancelation code of Z153651057. I asked to speak with the manager and he flat out told me "no". This company should be sued for misrepresentation and fraud.
