Passed an order over several Sonos speakers including subwoofer sound bar sonos 1 and sonos 3 speakers. All items were in stock according to their website. Delivery was supposed to be 2 weeks ago. I check regularly on the order status and started chasing regularly. I get bogus apologies that are cookie cutter and cut and paste (others seem to get the exact same text with the same poor english spelling and grammar). That is all they do meanwhile they sit on the money. All other instances I have seen of such delay end up with apologies and a refund or an offer for a refund. All I can say is they lie all the time, quick the can down the road and sit on your money while you wait. I am not their bank and banks charge interest for this activity. I am very angry and will do all I can to ensure people are aware of the crooks they face when they deal with "value basket". They are a basket of bad value. They lure you with slightly better pricing. This is a case of NOT WORTH IT.
