I ordered a Fred Perry classic polo shirt and like another customer started to smell a rat when I got no confirmation email -- just a message to say that my payment had been received by "Fristpay". After seven days I started sending emails asking when the item would be shipped, but got no response. After ten days I received a package from Shanghai containing a very bad knock-off of a Hugo Boss shirt. No possibility of sending a complaint now (to what end, anyway?) as their site is now down.
