I recently purchased Bit Defender Total Security 2016 for $45 and can't even run the agent. Also I tried the customer service via mail and online chat but I couldn't reach them. There is no answer to my mails and no solution of my problem. It's totally lack of respect. They steal my 5 hours and still stealing while I'm writing this post. I know they keep me waiting for 5+ hours to make me give up an buy their $40 download&install service. Most hilarious thing is that they don't have office in Turkey and for refund they want me to make international calls. What a poor vision. What a shame. What a amateur company.
