My daughter wanted a pair of asics kayano's which we could no longer find in any retail stores in Aus. She came across a website that was selling them for $150 AUD, almost half the price of the retail value, so we purchased them. The only email I received was one confirming my payment had been taken and I would see a different name on my statement to the website I had purchased them from. A few days later I sent an email through the website to say I had received no confirmation that my package had been sent... No reply.
When the shoes finally arrived my daughter excitedly opened them to find a pair of shoes that looked cheap and nothing at all like the ones we had ordered. My husband sent an email (through the website) asking for someone to contact us as they were the completely wrong shoe and we wouldn't be paying any return packaging as it was their fault. No reply... I emailed everyday for the next few days asking for someone to contact us... No reply!!
Now we're left with a pair of ugly shoes, $150 out of pocket and a daughter still in need of new runners ???? Lesson learnt!
