I have now waited since Nov 17 for my withdrawal of funds request to be honoured and MY US$ 298 to be sent to my VISA account.
They clamed that a broker must speak to me for this to happen; this is difficult due to time zone differences; their work times conflict with mine.
So, I have complied with a request to suggest a suitable time:
On Monday Feb 8, and Friday Feb. 12, I delayed work for an hour to receive a call which never came, TIME IS MONEY; most people have better things to do than siting by telephones.
PLEASE CALL BETWEEN 8:00 a.m. (13:00 GMT) AND 9:00 a.m. (14:00 GMT) ON MONDAY FEB. 15/16
