Has a safe in her apartment and when I moved in she saw I have several thousand in cash on me that day she insisted on putting it in her safe for me for safe keeping.

Lastly had tow of my personal checks because she changed the amount, then scammed my husband into giving her another for double the money, then she tried to cash them....

Lastly, trying to sell her house that she is up side down on, and when the appraiser from the bank looked at it well lets say she was not happy at all about the value of the pre appraisal, and was so controlling she didn't want them to return until she was there to manipulate them her self.

She wanted 499.000, and it was coming in at aprox $300.00 on the high end.
