Dear sirs I inform with great regret that I received the wrong order of huawi corporation unfortunately we disappointed the first time we work all begins with the first contact was the choice of the model and sending the sample even there ran in trouble because a damaged unit came anyway I was hoping that your company to be credible to my objectives after many email exchanges with the sales agent Wendy got an order for 100 units N5 plus cell phones with my name and logo plus Y6 by Yassin Collection and 100 protective covers so far so good the nightmare begins in the late sending the order, then in exchange for the waybill from the same Wendy agent meantime all Product Marketing campaign was made and people waiting eagerly for the product for mine frustration and my clients was that the product didn't came before the December as planned and came appear in January and my ordering surprise came with the same waybill and the product wasn't which i asked and which amount is also not the same are only 15 pieces instead of 100 I would appreciate some short answer of your institution in relation to this matter because im off of the country and only return to Maputo where the order was intended on 20 January while so I'm spending money and time on people who are working in this affair which is the next procedure? or you send my money back or send me the right order Best regards
