It is not true ... I have gone there to NJ when Icon people was there. Now they moved to IL. Guyz don't throw unusual comments on someone with out knowing anything, cause it will effect the future of the some people who are already there with them.
I am very much confident to tells you Guyz that, they are doing their best to train and place the people. I am working with them from last 3.8 years, many times I have visited them.. They will provide good service to the people what you are paying to them, Even I do have some bad experience with some other consultancies, but I never complaint on them cause I have my own work to do, but now I make my self available to write this cause, I Know about them very well..
