This individual promised a refund ... to the program I purchased, because I used it only once in a year...and in the process,... refund to me was not on his agenda ..he was a scammer and tried to charge my Visa for $211.00 (5 TIMES)

This individual was not from Virtual PC Doctor...He was from a site called "Virtual PC Cleaner" posing as PC Doctor
