having problems with computer- box appeared on my computer screen that this company could fix my problem--it would only cost 34 dollars. paid that amount with debit card over the phone. they scanned my computer and found many malware problems and trojans-they said I was in danger-that people had my personal info. they then said they could solve my problem for a 336.00 dollar charge. I paid amount. I feel scammed And ripped off. after they said they fixed my computer I keep getting updated software messages-they scan my computer and say I still have trojans and malware and for a fee of another 89.00 dollars they could AGAIN fix my computer- I feel soooo stupid
