I cancelled my subscription to AVG PC Tune Up on 22Feb, 2016 and received a prompt confirmation by e-mail of the cancellation. Unfortunately they also promptly billed my credit card. What a low-life, unreputable company! The whole reason I cancelled AVG PC Tune Up was because it locked up my computer and rendered it useless. Stay away from AVG- they're a rip off.
