We hired Josh Holes, owner of Five Star Structures to do repairs on our home, after we moved out so that we can rent it out. He was to paint the entire inside, install a new shower in the master bathroom,new carpet in 2 rooms, install a rod iron fence by the pool. He also said he would have a cleaning person to come in after they completed the job. We gave him $1000.00 Dec. 2,2015, the painting was not completed until the middle part of January, he hired people that knew nothing about painting & it took them over a month to do this part. After that was finally done, we gave him another $1500.00 on Jan., 19, 2016. The carpet was done, after that nothing else. We have tried to make contact through phone calls, texts, and friends & family of his. We have had no response in over a month from him, it is now March 7,2016 and our home is no where ready. Not only have we lost out on the money we sent him, we have lost out on at least 2 months of being able to rent it out, also we are having to hire someone else to come finish the job & fix the things that his "crew" messed up (paint everywhere on windows carpet etc & broken blinds)
I hope this gets out there so no one will ever have to experience this nightmare with this company or the owner of Five Star Structures.
